1.Application for Return of Goods/Funds
Subject to the terms and conditions in this Refund and Items Policy and the Terms of Service, Buyers may submit
a request for the return of purchased items (“Goods”) and/or a refund from SLS.

2.Request for Return of Goods and/or Refund
Buyers can only request a return of Goods and/or a refund in the following situations:

a. The goods have not been received by the Buyer;
b. The goods are defective and/or damaged when received;
c. The Seller has sent Goods that do not comply with the agreed specifications (e.g. wrong size, colour, etc.) to the Buyer;
d. Goods delivered to the Buyer are materially different from the description given by the Seller in the list of Goods; or
e. Through a personal agreement with the Seller the Seller must send confirmation to SLS regarding the agreement.
SLS will review each Buyer's application on a case-by-case basis and, in its sole discretion, determine whether the Buyer's application is successful or not.

3.No Change of Mind
Unless stated in this Refund and Goods Policy, the Buyer may not submit a request for a return
of Goods and/or funds to SLS because he has changed his mind.

4.SLS Rights
When SLS receives a request from the Buyer for a return of goods and/or a refund, SLS will review
and examine the Buyer's request.

5.Refund/Goods
Because goods from SLS are production results that have been adjusted to the needs of the Buyer before payment
is made, the refund system and goods at SLS are in the form of modifications to the goods until they are according to the Buyer's needs. So if there is an addition or reduction of funds to the production results will be the rights and obligations of each party, which will be transferred to the account entitled to the funds.

6.Responsibility for Shipping Costs of Returned Goods
In the scenario of an unforeseen error from SLS's side (i.e. the product is damaged, defective or wrongly delivered to the Buyer), SLS or the Buyer will cover the return shipping costs depending on the agreement of SLS and the Buyer.

In a scenario where SLS and the Buyer dispute who is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned goods. SLS at its sole discretion will determine which party will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

7.Communication Between SLS and Buyer
SLS encourages Buyers to communicate with SLS if problems arise in a transaction before submitting
a request for a refund of money or goods to SLS.

Buyers must first contact SLS directly via the SLS website or other communication media for any problems related
to the goods purchased before submitting a request for a refund of money or goods
to SLS.

8.Applicability of Provisions
The Buyer agrees and understands that all the provisions mentioned in this Refund and Goods Policy apply to every Buyer who makes transactions with SLS.
